About me

The Story

When I was eight, I wanted to be a singer. I spent a good chunk of my teens and early twenties writing songs, recording, and performing. I didn’t end up becoming a pop star, but using my voice for a living turned out to be a pretty good fit.

There was a restaurant career in between. I led training for new restaurant openings, and while I was good at it, by the end of 2019 I knew I wanted to leave. I just had absolutely no idea what I was going to do instead.

Then I heard someone mention voice acting. I honestly don’t remember where, but I remember thinking, “I could totally do that.” So I quit my job, bought the gear, hired a coach, and made a demo. I started booking almost immediately, which was both exciting and a huge relief, considering I’d already quit my job.

That was in 2020. More than 750 projects later, I’ve worked across commercials, narration, and English-language dubbing. I love putting myself in someone else’s shoes and figuring out what they’re feeling. Give me a funny script or a character I can play around with, and I’m happy.

I have a big personality, but I also read the room. In a session, I take direction well, work quickly, and know that sometimes we have time to try something weird, and sometimes you just need the line.

Outside of work, I have three dogs who I love very much, even when they’re being a lot. I love nature, but I live in Phoenix, so we have a seasonal relationship. I’m always up for a random outing with friends or family...a bowling night, a water park, a workshop, whatever sounds fun. I’d like to travel more. I say that a lot.

Music is still part of my life, too. I’ve written, produced, and recorded my own songs over the years, and I still love seeing what I can do with my voice.
